Do you have the courage to lead?

Have you ever heard a beautiful song and thought to yourself, ” I could have written that song, it is exactly what I wanted to say?”

Well sometimes you just can’t improve on what someone else has to say and rather than try to pretend that I said it first it is wisest just to pass on the original.  This short speech on leadership deals was instrumental in helping me launch this web site. It was after watching this that I realized that our biggest problem was our own self-limiting beliefs.
