I was asked at one of my recent presentations what the definition of success was.
My on the spot answer was that my personal definition has changed as I have aged. Which of course, is true for everyone. So then I wondered how could I put that definition in to words that would be meaningful?
This is what I have come up with. Let me know what you think.
- At age 4 success is not peeing in your pants
- At age 12 success is having friends
- At age 16 success is having a driver’s license
- At age 20 success is having sex
- At age 35 success is having money
- At age 50 success is about how much stuff you have collected
- At age 60 success is about having sex
- Age 70 success is about still having a driver’s license
- Age 75 success is about still having friends
- At age 80 Success is about not peeing in your pants
